MAN A PLAN, GOD A LAUGH!!!

"OMG!!!! My day was horrible! Nothing that I planned was done. Something always came up!"

Do you ever have a day like this? You are extremely upset at the way your day went or should I say THE day because you never owned it! Why does this happen? You plan to go to the store, your brother calls you to help him out with an urgent situation. You plan to go to the beach after bringing home a family member but the family member becomes ill and you need to stay a little longer. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT???

Maybe there was something that God was trying to keep you from, had you gone to your planned destination. Maybe you would have hated the experience more than these unexpected happenings which detoured your plans. Instead of quarrelling about how bad your day goes, be grateful!

DARE: I dare you to welcome unexpected changes, just say: "Lord, I trust you because you alone know what's right for me and you alone can take care of me and my situation better than I can". I guaranttee you, you will be less anxious and you will actually enjoy your day. Let God Move and Watch His Outstanding Work! After All, He Has An Awesome Sense Of Humour!

  1. Maybe it was because you were meant to be there for each and everyone of them. When you do things for people in kindness, you are always rewarded back.

I know the feeling of being inconvenienced and the minute your alone you gripe about it. But then later a warm feeling comes over you, and because you were there for them, they will most likely always be there for you. This makes you rich beyond belief.

    Much rewards to you.

  2. Blessings Debbie, that is true. We have to be strong in the process and learn to be happy and grateful for all our experiences!

IT'S ALL ABOUT PERSPECTIVE

In a world where image seems to be everything, we are bombarded by the perfect lives that are being lived by simple human beings. These images are positioned in front of the images that God has purposed for each of us. We listen to the noise instead of the whisper that we are great beyond measure and called by the Creator who shaped us.  A perfect example can be seen in the story of Moses. We all are familiar with this great man who was torn between two backgrounds but his purpose would have been initiated when he struck down those Egyptian soldiers in anger in order to avenge a Hebrew. Then and only then, did his isolation led him to have a direct encounter with God!  One perspective: He has an anger issue. Another perspective: The passion of this man, God said "I can use him!" Let us now reflect. We see ourselves as simple human beings, without thinking, these little so-called nuances I have can be the very reason God uses me for something great. Whether, in my home, ...
